I love the neighborhood and soooo close to train station. Good restaurants, good little markets and and bakery shops. Close to shopping and a good 20 min walk to old town and promenade. Hot water in shower, has kitchen and it is functional. Lots of dishes and glasses. Has AC! Small bedroom in lower unit but you get an outside area, which is great!
The alleyways into property, I wish it could be private but it is an easement. Wish dish towels could be provided for kitchen. More coffee pods would be great too! Needs more cookware.

Location was great. A little hard to find but that turned out to be a bonus. Surprisingly quiet for the location on the ground floor. Beautiful layout, clean and nearly perfect for a short stay. See the don't like for the one real drawback.
No Dishwashing Soap. It was unnerving not to have a way to lock the door from inside. That was problematic for me.

świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum i dworca kolejowego, czyste pokoje i klatka schodowa, bardzo pomocni zarządzający, miło spędzony czas, polecam
wszystko w porządku, jeżeli wrócę do Nicei nie będę szukał inne lokalizacji

large bathroom ;nice bed
very difficult to find ; it was down an obscure laneway ; unfindable on maps ; laneway was dirty and smelt ; dog shit left by person who worked /owned the restaurant ; massive spa bath was an unnecessary space eater
