The place is cute and clean.. walking distance to a large grocery and drug store. Very comfortable.The pics did not show the 14 step stair to the only bathroom.Or the distance from street parking to the front door over Cinder stones so roller suitcases have to be carried.The 'yard' is dirt and rocks.. so probably not a rental for active kids. The playground pics are not on the property.
