About this house rental

Tucked in one of Seattle's most welcoming neighborhoods, you are a 15 min walk from Northgate Light Rail and just a quick drive to Green Lake and everything the city offers! Your own little escape in the city.
The space
• Beautifully landscaped private driveway with plenty of off street parking.
• EV charger: J1172 Level 2 (30A 240V)
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for entertaining.
• Dining area with plenty of light and seating to enjoy group meals for up to 8 using additional folding chairs.
• Living room with comfortable seating, fireplace (decorative), smart TV preinstalled with streaming apps, and board games. Mini split AC.
• Primary bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Window AC unit.
• Guest bedroom with queen size bed. Window AC unit.
• Guest bedroom with twin over full bunkbed. Window AC unit.
Note: The window AC units will only be available in warmer Summer months.
Guest access
You will have full access to the home and property except for the garage and a storage closet.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.
The living room fireplace is not functional.
For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each.
Our home is designed to be family-friendly and includes children's toys and amenities. Please keep this in mind when booking.
We are a dog friendly home! If you're sensitive to pet dander, this may not be the right fit — we recommend finding an alternative listing.
The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.
** Bunk Bed Waiver **
By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to our bunk bed waiver. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send the waiver via chat. You will be required to reply with “I agree” in the chat to confirm your acknowledgement.
** Trash & Recycling Expectations **
By booking our property, we will ask you to help us with trash, recycling, and compost collection.
What to do:
• Wednesday night – Please roll the bins out to the curb at the top of the driveway
• Thursday after pickup – Bring the bins back in (recycling is picked up every other week so it might still have contents)
• Recycling goes into the green bin
• Trash goes into the black bin
• Compost and yard waste goes into the other green bin
• No mixing of trash with recycling or compost, otherwise you may be fined.
