Enjoy a wonderful stay in the heart of Perche Sarthois in this tastefully renovated farmhouse from 2018. Practical, comfortable, and inviting even for short stays, this house lets you enjoy peaceful nights just steps from the Château de Bresteau and its 15th-century barn. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate 1,000 meters of riverbank along the Huisne and 40 hectares of greenery.

This 19th-century farmhouse overlooks a tree-lined courtyard and offers a barbecue, ping-pong table, parasol, outdoor table and chairs, and private parking. A security deposit is required upon arrival.

Pets are welcome in the accommodation.
