All the charm of an architect's house and the comfort of a new house of 120m2 inhabited all year round, classified 2*
The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 150m from the beach of Boisvinet.
First floor: entrance, WC, kitchen open to a living room, living room, office/library, garden with terrace and garden furniture, 2 parking spaces.
Floor: 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, a terrace not overlooked of 25 m² overlooking the roofs with gas plancha, garden furniture, hammocks.
Accommodation
At disposal: hammocks, thermomix, bilig, gas plancha, baby equipment (high chair, stroller, baby carrier...), many condiments...
The house is not equipped with a TV but we leave at your disposal a giant screen, a video projector, an internet connection, a library and many board games for young and old.
Traveller access
During the period July/August, the house is only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
