Located 200 meters from the main beach in SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE, near the market, shops, and the bike path, it is a
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom:

In the large living area overlooking the courtyard, you’ll find the living room with sofas, TV/DVD/stereo/Wi-Fi, and the fully equipped kitchen (washer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven).
There are 3 bedrooms available in this part of the house:
The Cosmos bedroom: 1 bed (160x200) and its private shower room. The Ouvéa Room: 1 bed measuring 140x90
The Oyats Room: 2 twin beds measuring 80x200 and a crib. A large bathroom with a bathtub. Separate toilet.
La Pagnote, on the other side of the courtyard:
One bedroom with a 140x90 bed, featuring a private shower room and separate toilet. One bedroom with two 90x190 beds.
Behind the house, a private, enclosed courtyard with no overlooking neighbors, featuring a canopy, built-in BBQ, and patio furniture.
In front of the house, private parking for 2 vehicles
. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
The house is smoke-free!
Le Clos Joli is a 3-star furnished vacation rental
FOR YOUR COMFORT:
Linens are available as an option for a flat fee of €200 for the full set of sheets; there is also an option for €150 for cleaning to ensure your hygiene. Duvets, pillowcases, and disposable mattress protectors are provided free of charge
. A baby kit (crib, bathtub) is available. Vacation vouchers accepted.
