About this villa rental
Most of the rooms in this Belle Epoque villa (1870) fully restored with refinement offer a unique panoramic view of the ocean and the entrance to the port of St Gilles Croix de Vie.
Large landscaped terrace in front of the villa and swimming pool with garden and covered terrace in the back.
Ideal for stays with friends or family, the villa consists of:
- on the ground floor: an entrance and a large veranda overlooking a pleasant living room (height under beams, parquet floor and fireplace) an equipped kitchen, a utility room overlooking the garden and the swimming pool and a toilet.
- on the 1st floor: a landing with sea view distributes
sea side a bedroom in the tower (140x200 bed), a master suite (160x200 bed + 80x190 bed + drawer bed) with separate shower room and dressing room
garden and swimming pool side a children's bedroom (80x190 bunk bed with drawer bed), a large bathroom (bath, single sink and wc)
- on the 2nd floor: a room with sea view in the tower (library and frame height) (140x190 bed) a bathroom (jet shower) and an adorable attic family room (4 80x190 beds)

Maison très charmante avec une âme familiale. Bonne répartition des pièces sur les 3 niveaux permettant une gestion du quotidien optimale.
Le bémol est cependant mis sur l'entretien du jardin qui pourrait être optimisé et rendre la piscine plus propre entre autre (non utilisable pendant 5 jours sur 14 jours de location..)

The house is very spacious and the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The garden and pool are small (6x3 meter pool) but very nice. The sand on the beach is coarse and the sea was very cold for the time of year. The walk to the shops and restaurants is aproximately 2 km. The contact with the owners was fine, except about the clearing. The clearing was very bad: we have found hairs, glue for artificial nails, half a lemon, spider webs, a pacifier and all kinds of bits and pieces all over the place. This was an important downside of our stay
