Discover this spacious family home located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and beaches. With an area of 138 m², it can accommodate up to 8 people and offers an ideal setting for friendly holidays between sea and town, with a pleasant view of the garden.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden, perfect for family stays. The 25 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha, will be the ideal place to share your meals outdoors and savour the sweet summer evenings.
Inside the house, you will discover a vast and warm living space as soon as you enter. The lounge has two sofas and two comfortable armchairs, a television, a DVD player and a decorative stove, all in a cosy atmosphere for you to relax after long days of exploration. Further on, a large table can accommodate up to 8 guests for moments of sharing in a convivial setting. The independent kitchen, equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle, will allow you to cook as if you were at home.
On the sleeping side, the house has 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): two single beds (80x190)
- Bedroom 4 (in the annex): a double bed (140x190)
On the upper floor, a desk area set up on the landing with a screen is ideal for remote work.
A bathroom with bathtub and shower is located on the upper floor of the house. In the outbuilding, a second bathroom with shower and hairdryer is at your disposal. Three separate toilets complete the accommodation: one on the ground floor, one on the upper floor and one in the outbuilding.
An outdoor parking space is available in front of the house garage. The garage also allows you to store up to 8 bicycles safely.
For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
