About this apartment rental
Cozy house with 3 bedrooms, comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen, located in the Praia do Forte Exclusive Condominium. The condominium offers a swimming pool and playground, as well as 24-hour security and a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time with family.
We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Water and energy consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. (Check the values at the link: https://www.embasa.ba.gov.br/w/tarifas-2025)
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and wardrobe;
Suite 2 (upper floor): 1 double bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobe, and access to the balcony;
Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 double bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobe, and balcony;
In addition to the space itself, the condominium boasts excellent security and infrastructure, 1 swimming pool, green areas, and 24-hour concierge service.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool of my property.
Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice to please different tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
