Vale a pena! Excelente localização. Perto de tudo: restaurante, praia, bares, padaria e supermercado. A estrutura da casa tb é muito boa! Tem Tudo. Voltaremos mais vezes.

O imóvel tem estilo rústico e é bastante confortável. São dois quartos no segundo pavimento e um no mezanino, todos com split e suíte. A cozinha dispõe de todos os itens necessários.
A localização é fantástica. A casa fica numa rua fechada à circulação de carros, e ao cruzar o beco já estamos na Vila.
A varanda é ótima, e após chegarmos da praia ou de um passeio qualquer, ficávamos sentados ali acompanhando o movimento de pessoas em direção à vila.
Aliás, a rua em si é bem animada, com vários restaurantes e pessoas circulando o tempo todo.
Recomendo o imóvel.
