O quarto é bem espaçoso, com ótima Localização, bem próximo ao centro. Possui algumas vagas de estacionamento sem custo bem na frente. Apartamento muito limpo. A funcionária Jaqueline foi super simpática, proativa e disposta a ajudar.
O chuveiro do quarto a água não esquenta muito bem, o que dificultou bastante o banho. A cama é muito macia o que pode ser um problema para alguns hóspedes.
