About this house rental
House with 4 bedrooms, all with AC and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, 4 minutes walk from the beach.
House a 4-minute walk from the beach, in the calmer stretch of water in the Paraíso Condominium in Guarajuba, perfect for swimming, even for children.
The house has one floor and features a large front and side veranda with a hammock, green area, swimming pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, barbecue, gourmet area on the veranda, outdoor showers, and a living room with a 32" Smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, water filter, blender, sandwich maker, and other kitchen and dining utensils. Laundry area with washing machine.
Accommodations are limited to 12 people and includes two suites, one bedroom with a shared bathroom next to it in the main house, and an attached suite, totaling four full bathrooms and two outdoor showers. All four bedrooms have new split air conditioning units.
The house does not have a garage, but it is located on a very quiet street where it is possible to park easily and safely within the security of the gated community.
Pool cleaning and garden maintenance services included. If interested, we can recommend a housekeeper/cook. Water consumption (R$ 13.55 per m³) and energy (R$ 1.22 per kWh) are charged separately. Water tank with 3000 liters capacity.
The house has 12 pillows available. We already have bed linens, towels, and bath mats. For all the beds in the house, there are 3 queen-size bed sets, 6 single-size bed sets, 12 bath towels, 3 face towels, and 3 bath mats.
There is an additional R$630.00 for the layette. If you want fewer items, the price will be reduced. Please request in advance.
