The house is fully furnished and fully air-conditioned, with swimming pool, located 350 meters from the beach and located in the ALDEIAS DO JACUÍPE CONDOMINIUM which has excellent infrastructure, with playground, club, bar and 24h security, located between Guarajuba and Barra do Jacuípe, access to beach inside the condominium.
The house has 4 suites, two with double bed and the remaining two suites have 3 single box type beds each. All bathrooms in the suites have electric shower and glass shower.
The porch is integrated into the pool deck featuring articulated awnings for protection from sun and rain, automated barbecue by giragrill, horizontal freezer, 3 sets of tables and plastic chairs, a pool table to gather friends and family for a pleasant period of leisure and relaxation.
On the deck we have the swimming pool with waterfall and beach that is ideal for children, 2 loungers and external bathroom, besides the shower.
The living room has set of 3 and 2 seater sofa with 42 "TV, internet wifi.
The kitchen is American-style equipped with microwave, refrigerated water purifier, frost-free refrigerator, 4-burner stove, scrubber, cabinets and household utensils.
The property has 255 m² of constructed area on a plot of 600m² with grass and garden.
Obs. The consumption of water and energy are not included in the daily rates.

Barra do Jacuípe is located approximately 58 km from Salvador, the area covers a village of the same name, where fishermen and people working in the region live. Jacuípe is very sought after for the summer, since it owns many houses in well structured condominiums. The encounter of the Jacuípe River with the sea provides one of the most beautiful landscapes of the North Coast. Dunes, native coconut trees, reefs and quiet beaches complete the attractions. Stunning scenery, especially at sunset, and the tranquil waters of the river are the perfect stage for water sports; the presence of jet-skis in its waters is frequent; fishing is also an assiduous practice there. In the small port it is possible to rent a canoe to walk on the river or simply to cross to a desert island formed by the rivers Capivara, Jacuípe and the sea.
