Ótima estadia. Alexandre muito acessível e atencioso. Piscina maravilhosa. Próximo ao Guarajuba Shopping. Casa possui todo o suporte necessário. Viajamos apenas como casal e mais um filho de 5 anos e tudo nos atendeu perfeitamente.

O condomínio é muito bonito e aconchegante. A piscina é bonita e tem área para crianças.
O apartamento, os equipamentos e a mobília estão muito gastos, lençóis amassados, camas mal arrumadas, churrasqueira do apartamento suja e inutilizável, panelas velhas, sanduicheira quebrada, liquidificador sujo e todo arranhado, poltrona quebrada, mesa balançando, Chuveirinho do banheiro quebrado. Em resumo, visivelmente era um excelente apartamento quando novo, está precisando de manutenção e reparos.
