The space: CASABELA is located on a large exclusive plot of 900m2, within a gated community. Closed. - Room 01 (suite): one double bed with pillows and air conditioning. - Room 02 (suite): one double bed with pillows and air conditioning. - Room 03 (suite): one double bed with pillows and a fan. - We have extra mattresses: 2 single mattresses. - CASABELA provides our guests with access to fiber optic internet, exclusive to the house, especially for those who also work from home. - 50-inch SMART TV with GLOBOPLAY, CLARO TV, NETFLIX, PRIMEVIDEO. We do not provide bed linens and bath towels. Fully equipped kitchen with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots and pans, refrigerator, air fryer, blender, stove with oven, microwave, water dispenser, coffee maker, grill and air fryer. A beautiful and spacious veranda with hammocks, children's swing, table for 12 people, armchairs and benches. Outside, a beautiful flower garden with an orchard at your disposal, an outdoor shower and a sand sports court for beach tennis, beach volleyball and footvolley. Swimming pool. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the house, the entire leisure area, garden, orchard and vegetable garden, without sharing with other guests or with the owners. Other observations - Do not leave the lights on and air conditioning running when leaving. The environment and I thank you! - The daily rate already includes electricity consumption corresponding to the usual average of our guests. In case of exceeding this limit, the difference will be charged separately at check-out. - Smoking is prohibited! There is no problem smoking in the outdoor area, but I ask that you do not smoke inside the house, in covered areas, or even by the window. Throw cigarette butts in the trash! - It is forbidden to throw paper in the toilet. - Respect the quiet hours (10 PM). - It is forbidden to use loud music at any time, whether in the individual unit or in the common area. - Please do not walk around wet inside the house and, more importantly, do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes. Please be mindful! - The use of glasses, bottles, plates, or any glass object is not permitted in the garden area and ESPECIALLY on the sand sports court. - Pets are allowed. - Please be careful with sunscreen and makeup on the sofa and cushions.
