Spread across two levels with an internal staircase, it works beautifully for two couples travelling together, a small family, or anyone who simply appreciates having a proper second bedroom without sacrificing the quality of the main space.

The open-plan living and dining area is the apartment`s heart — comfortably furnished, oriented towards the Sky Tower views that frame the window, and warmed in the evenings by an electric fireplace that makes the space feel genuinely cosy rather than merely functional. Sky digital TV with general and sport channels, ultra-fast broadband WiFi, and air conditioning complete a living space that works just as happily for a quiet night in as for a morning launchpad to explore the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering — everything you need to cook a proper meal is here, though with the Viaduct`s world-class restaurant scene steps away, that is always a wonderfully competitive choice. A complimentary welcome pack of fresh milk, tea, and cereal is waiting on arrival to take the edge off a long journey before you find your feet.

The queen master bedroom upstairs has its own ensuite bathroom — genuinely separated from the living space by the internal staircase, which gives it a quiet, suite-like quality that makes rest feel effortless. The second bedroom is set up as a twin but can be configured as a king on request — just let us know before arrival and we will arrange it. A second bathroom serves the second bedroom, ensuring both rooms have their own private bathroom facilities. The entire apartment is yours — no shared spaces, no other guests.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours — queen master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom, second bathroom, kitchen, and the open-plan living and dining area with Sky Tower views. Please note the apartment has an internal staircase — the entrance level leads up to the main living area and master bedroom above. One room within the apartment is locked and not available to guests on this booking. Access is via key safe — full instructions and codes will be sent the day before your arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Keys can be collected from the Keyp-it — a short walk from the apartment. Outside office hours, a lockbox is available for after-hours collection. Full instructions will be sent ahead of your arrival so everything is clear before you get here.

A private airport transfer and meet-and-greet service can be arranged at additional cost — your driver will collect the keys in advance, meet you at the airport, and take you directly to the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.

Baduzzi for handmade pasta and Italian small plates, Hello Beasty for Asian-inspired sharing, Giraffe for waterfront dining, and a selection of excellent bars and wine rooms that make the Viaduct one of Auckland`s most consistently enjoyable places to spend an evening — whether you are celebrating something special or simply making the most of a perfect Auckland night.

Commercial Bay`s flagship waterfront retail and dining complex is a short walk, as is Britomart`s cobblestoned laneway precinct with its boutique stores, specialty coffee, and acclaimed restaurants. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby with daily services to Waiheke Island, Devonport, and the Hauraki Gulf. Wynyard Quarter and the North Wharf dining precinct are a comfortable waterfront stroll, and the CBD`s Queen Street, Sky Tower, and Aotea Centre are all within easy walking distance

Auckland is easily explored from the Viaduct Harbour. The Inner Link and Outer Link buses connect the central suburbs with frequent services throughout the day. Britomart Transport Centre is a 10-minute walk with full train network connections. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby for Waiheke Island and harbour services. Uber and taxis are plentiful at all hours. Please note there is no dedicated car park with this apartment — paid public parking is available in the Viaduct and CBD nearby. Auckland Airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car or shuttle.

The electric fireplace makes evenings in genuinely lovely — particularly in the cooler months when Auckland`s mild winter evenings call for something warm and atmospheric. A complimentary welcome pack of milk, tea, and amenities is provided to get your stay started without any fuss.

The body corporate rules ask that laundry not be visible from outside the building while drying — please use indoor drying options. This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property throughout. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.

The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
