About this apartment rental

Spectacular harbour views and a genuine waterfront address on one of Auckland`s most iconic wharves — Princes Wharf, Shed 24. King master bedroom with ensuite, twin second bedroom (convertible to king on request), floor-to-ceiling windows, private balcony, French press, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and free secure parking. The Viaduct, Maritime Museum, and Ferry Terminal are steps away. Cracking views. Consistently well-reviewed.

For this apartment in Shed 24, with its floor-to-ceiling windows pulling the full sweep of the Waitemata Harbour into the living area and the private balcony putting you directly above the water, the harbour is not a backdrop here; it is the foreground. Waking up to it in the morning and returning to it in the evening are two of the quiet pleasures that make this address genuinely memorable.

The apartment is beautifully appointed in a clean, contemporary style that suits the setting without competing with it. The king master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom and looks out onto the harbour — a room where the view does much of the interior design work on its own. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be configured as a king upon request, with a well-appointed second bathroom just alongside. Both bedrooms are properly separated and private, making this a comfortable choice for two couples or a family of four.

The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is where the floor-to-ceiling windows do their best work — the harbour fills the room from one end, the dining table seats four comfortably, and the living area has a Smart TV and air conditioning for evenings when the balcony gives way to the Auckland weather. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper self-catering: oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a French press that makes morning coffee feel like a ceremony rather than a routine. In-unit washer and dryer add self-sufficiency for longer stays. Free secure parking is included.

The entire apartment is yours — king master bedroom with ensuite, twin second bedroom (king configuration available on request), second bathroom, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, private balcony with harbour views, dedicated workspace, and one free secure car park.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Self check-in via key safe — full instructions and codes will be sent the day before your arrival. Early check-in can often be accommodated subject to availability — please enquire at booking.

While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.

For those non-urgent like-to-haves, just give us a call or a quick message and we will do everything we can to make this your most memorable trip to Auckland yet.

Princes Wharf connects directly to the Viaduct Harbour precinct — one of Auckland`s most celebrated waterfront dining and entertainment areas. Baduzzi, Hello Beasty, Giraffe, and the full sweep of Viaduct waterfront restaurants and bars are a very short walk along the boardwalk. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is immediately adjacent for Waiheke Island, Devonport, and Hauraki Gulf services.

Commercial Bay`s flagship retail and dining complex is a short walk east along Quay Street, as is Britomart`s cobblestoned laneways. Wynyard Quarter`s North Wharf dining precinct and Silo Park are an easy westward stroll. The New Zealand Maritime Museum is at the base of the wharf. The CBD`s Queen Street, Sky Tower, Aotea Square, and the Auckland Art Gallery are all within comfortable walking distance. The waterfront promenade connects the whole eastern harbour edge from Princes Wharf through to the Auckland Domain beyond.
We kindly ask all guests to help us maintain the peaceful, high-standard environment of this home by following a few simple rules:

A valid photo ID, email address, and phone number are required prior to check-in.

Please respect our no-party policy and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!

These measures ensure that every guest enjoys a serene, premium experience — thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
