The home is fully themed throughout and loaded with amenities: a private pool and spa, a dedicated home theater, and a custom game room designed to keep everyone entertained day and night. When you're ready to venture beyond the property, your stay includes complimentary access to the Oasis Clubhouse — a resort-level facility with a lazy river, water park, resort-style pool, tennis courts, and more. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $40/night + tax and must be applied for the full duration of your stay. Please note that heating may be less effective when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F. Let us know in advance if you'd like heating added.

A $500 security deposit hold is required 2 days prior to arrival and released post-inspection. A signed rental agreement is required at booking. The community allows up to 6 vehicles per property; Charter Buses, RVs, Trailers, Boats, Golf Carts, Slingshots, and Campers are not permitted.
