This place was truly amazing. Host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family of 19 will definitely be checking out more of there properties. Rooms were amazing. Tons of utensils and dishwear..

The host is very prompt and addressed any issues we had. Pool was always nice and warm (even during colder days) which the kids enjoyed. The neighboring pools are close but everyone was respectful of the 10pm quiet time. My only critique would be that this location needs a really good deep cleaning and some of the beds are sunken in. Nothing that would stop me from renting here again in the future!

We stayed here with four friend families while going to Disney and children ranging from ages 4-10. We had high hopes for the home based off of the reviews and photos. While the communication with the host was great, the home itself was not in the best shape. We had an issue with a rodent stooling on the patio every morning- we never left any garbage on the patio overnight. The host was attentive in trying to fix the problem- however, every morning we had to sweep the patio to rid it of stool prior to our children going to use the pool and outdoor space. The previous guests had broken glass around the patio table, and two of us ended up with glass in our feet. Most of the sinks and showers had mold. Many of the mattresses were sunken in/lopsided. With that being said, the size of the house is great. We had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the Mario bunk room and princess room as well as the game room in the garage. The hosts did what they could to improve our issues, however I think there are just some updates/fixes that need to be completed to return this property to it's five star rating.
