The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street, or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 10 cars per property.
No RVs or trailers allowed in resort

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The house was spacious and comfortable for the 10 of us. The pool had issues warming up and we called several times for it to be looked at. It finally started working properly the last 2 days that we were in the house.
Unfortunately, around our home there was lots of loud music, people smoking weed and drinking during the whole week. The music went into all hours of the night. Lots of police came and broke up one of the parties In the middle of the night on New Years. There were at least 100 people if not more!
We will not be renting a house in this area again.
