When you travel with a large group where do you put the food? Most if not all places provide you with 1 fridge, we provide 2. It seems like a minor point but when you have 15-19 people with 4 different diets 1 fridge will not do!

This Villa sleeps up to 19 guests comfortably with 7 large suites and a 'Minions' themed bedroom with bunk beds!

Entertainment: Each bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen smart Roku TV and access to free unlimited Wifi.

Home theater has seven black reclining chairs and a large 65" smart TV with Roku that allows you to use our account or set up a trial account for free for a week.

Outdoor Living Space: Private screened-in swimming pool and spillover spa (optional heating) Five sun loungers, six-seat patio table, and an extra 4 seat area and table for a comfortable outdoor seating area
Pool & Spa heating (optional $45/day)
Please do not attempt to tamper with any pool equipment or the heating controls. They are all automated. The spa on/off timer switch is outside beside the patio doors. Please note when the outside temperature drops to a certain point, the heater will automatically cut off. Please be aware that pool temperatures are implied and not guaranteed as they are governed by many factors including prevailing weather conditions, nighttime temperatures, the position of the pool, time of day, etc.
BBQ/ and additional cribs may be rented directly from the property manager (Jeeves) at an additional cost. BBQs must be used outside the pool/lanai area for fire and safety regulations. Several guests have rented BBQs but end up not using them as they become too busy! Rental costs will not be refunded regardless if you use them or not.
Quiet time for the resort and residents of Osceola County is sunset.
- During the Thanksgiving Holiday the minimum booking charge is for 5 nights.
- During the Christmas and New Year peak period the minimum booking charge is for 7 nights. A 7 nights Christmas booking can be any period to Dec 28th and a 7 nights New Year booking can be any period from Dec 27th. A single week booking during the Christmas/New Year period can not include both Christmas and New Year (minimum 12 nights or equivalent cost).

My family loved this house. Everything was as listed. We totally enjoyed our stay and this will be a place that we go back to on our next trip to Florida. We had a small problem with the pool heating up, we reached out to the management company and they were on top of it. There was a part that gave wore out. We were up and running within 24 hours. This place is great!!!!!!

This was a wonderful location within the property with easy access to the clubhouse.The host was very responsive to any questions and requests.The property could have been cleaner with large stains on several carpets.There was general neglect that was easier for us to repair than call for help - some cabinet doors need to be tightened, a drawer in the refrigerator wouldn't open, pool cues were cracked or broken, etc.At the time of our booking, Google Earth showed vacant land behind the house. There is now a multi story apartment/condo complex. There was no noise from that, but lacked a level of privacy we were looking for. This is absolutely not the owner's fault, I just want to share that.The most important thing to my family is the outdoor space. We fill up the house and need a space that can accommodate us all. We sacrificed pool size for lounge chairs.The lounge chairs in the property photos are not the ones that were present for our stay. We expected mesh loungers but got hard black plastic loungers with no padding. They are extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we did not use them as much as we would have liked.I have included a photo that shows the lounge chairs and the new complex backing up to the property.

The house was fully stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Overall the kitches was well stocked ans easy to use.Host was friendly. The 2 fridges were a nice touch for storing all our food and drinks.The poolside lounges and chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in and could use some cushions. Rooms were comfortable and fully furnished. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The home was nice and everything went well except the roaches that we encountered on a few times. Not just once but a few. This was unacceptable. When I read the reviews this was stated but I thought it would have been cleared by the time we visited.
