Welcome to Champions Grandeur, an expansive 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa in the prestigious gated Champions Gate community. Perfect for large families or groups, this home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, combining spacious living with modern amenities and thoughtful design.
The first floor features two king bedrooms with private bathrooms and a queen bedroom, while the second floor offers a mix of custom and comfortable sleeping spaces, including twin and full beds, plus two queen bedrooms—one with a private bath. Each room is designed to ensure comfort and privacy for every guest.
Entertainment is at the heart of this villa with a Marvel custom games room featuring a foosball table, pool table, air hockey, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island flows seamlessly into the formal dining area, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Champions Grandeur is the ultimate retreat for fun, relaxation, and memorable Orlando vacations.

Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F.
• GRILL:
Please note that we do not offer grill as standard feature of our properties - However, we can rent a grill for your stay; Please contact us for more information
• PARKING
Maximum of 6 vehicles
RVs, Campervans & Trailers: Only allowed for loading and unloading

Only thing we would change is there were some guest at other houses that were very loud and very loud fire works way into the morning like 3am which was very annoying and I would expect better given the nice neighborhood this, but I guess this is what you get when you have some owners that just want the mortgage and or profit from their property as vacation homes here. Everything else was very nice!
Overall we love our property!

My family and I had a wonderful family vacation in this house. Very clean.

The home was dirty upon our arrival. The tables had residue from dirty hands. The sheets and pillow cases had stains. Only 1 burner on the stove top worked.
