About this house rental
Villa Patio located in the heart of a privileged environment, between the Seignosse pine forest and the beaches, in a peaceful setting. Authentic, it is the ideal villa for spending a family holiday.
Renovated in 2024 and fully equipped, it has been designed for holidaymakers seeking peace, comfort and quality.
The 75m2 Patio Villa is the ideal accommodation to get away and relax, just a stone's throw from the ocean!
At the entrance, a small tree-lined courtyard with a shed will allow you to store your bicycles if needed.
The house contains:
- An entrance with cupboard (hangers and shelves) and guest WC,
- A double bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed), with built-in cupboard,
- A bathroom with double sinks and shower,
- A welcoming dining room,
- A lounge on a lower level (3 steps), overlooking the garden with a convertible sofa (140x200 cm),
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), and a shelf with hangers,
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), and a shelf with hangers,
- 1 small bathroom
Also enjoy a garden with deckchairs, outdoor table and plancha.
A public car park is available in front of Villa Patio, with no guarantee of available spaces.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Minimum age
The booking is reserved for adults (minimum 18 years old).
- Booking holder
The person making the booking must be present during the stay.
- Mandatory documents before arrival
Online check-in with our agency (see link received with your booking) + submission of an identity document are mandatory to finalise your booking.
- Cleanliness of the accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.
Otherwise, additional cleaning fees of €45.00 including VAT per hour commenced may be charged.
- Animals
In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat fee of €300 may be applied.

In accordance with Airbnb platform conditions and in the interest of transparency, we inform our travellers that the neighbourhood and surrounding public spaces are independent of the property management. Exceptional and occasional noise nuisances may thus occur without our knowledge or control (authorised works, maintenance interventions, leaf blowers, demonstrations, parties, public events, traffic, neighbourhood, etc.).
These events, when they are external to the property and beyond our control, cannot engage the responsibility of the management agency or the owner and cannot give rise to a request for reimbursement, price reduction or compensation, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
In the event of abnormal nuisance or disturbance to public order, we invite travellers to contact the competent authorities (Municipal Police or law enforcement), who are the only ones authorised to intervene, whilst informing us of the situation so that we can, to the extent possible, assist you.
