- Entrance through the living room with decorative fireplace (not usable), French windows facing east, opening onto a furnished terrace with a barbecue on the south side overlooking the garden.
- Fully equipped open kitchen : microwave, ceramic hob, double sink, refrigerator/freezer. Utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, small freezer.
- Lounge area with TV, sofa, and armchairs.
- Master bedroom, down one step: bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, storage space. Separated by a western-style door from a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet, window, and French doors facing east.
Separate toilet.
- First floor :
Bedroom 2 : one double bed, closet, west-facing French doors opening onto the terrace.
Bedroom 3 : one double bed, closet, west-facing window.
Bedroom 4: one 140 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds, south-facing French windows.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink with storage, high tilt-and-turn windows. Separate toilet.
Outside : a solar shower. Parking available.
The attics will be closed for the owner's storage.
Pets allowed. Linens not provided.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
