What better way to dream than a large 190 m2 house on a 850m2 plot with 6 bedrooms, 2 terraces, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets, 200 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the heathlands.
Ideal for a large family or to spend a holiday with friends, it will delight young and old alike with its location, its calm and its charm.

- 200 meters from the beach (supervised swimming and surfing spot)
- 1km from Lake Hossegor for those who prefer waters suitable for swimming or paddling, rather than ocean waves
- 100 meters from the shops (supermarket, bakery, newspapers,...)
- 3 km from the Seignosse Golf Club
- Cabanon to store surfboards and bicycles
- Concierge services (shopping, ironing, bicycles,...)
* Possibility of providing sheets and towels as an option 10 euros/person
* Optional cleaning 150 euros
* Deposit of 1000 per cheque (cashed only in case of problem)

We had a great time with 10 people in this tasteful and spacious summer house. Great location for surfing, we had a week with lots of waves. Nice trips to Biarritz and St. Sebastian (Spain).
