About this villa rental
Ideally nestled in a residential area of Estagnots neighborhood, 150m from the beaches, 900m from the Hossegor Lake , close to amenities (bakery, supermarket), and 2km from the Seignosse Golf course, our beautiful "Basco landaise" villa is in full renovation work, and will be ready to welcome you in July 2018.
You can do everything on foot and by bike!

Erroneous on a ground of 1400m2, melted in the middle of century-old oaks and exposed South, the villa counts 150m2 of habitable surface.
The main building of typically local architecture has been preserved and renovated, constitutes the sleeping area.
The large outbuilding has been added (day part), brings a nice contemporary touch with its flat roof and its wood cladding.
A real holiday house, exclusively dedicated to families, guaranteeing you a pleasant stay.
Through its complete renovation, everything has been designed to offer comfort, serenity, and proximity.
We opted for a contemporary style and decoration, sober and elegant while maintaining the Basco Landaise architectural style that is dear to us.
Living rooms as well as bedrooms offer new and quality equipment.
The day part consists of a beautiful living room of 65m2: It has an open kitchen and super equipped, a large dining table, a comfortable lounge with a flat screen (TV d ' orange) and a Bose sound system, all overlooking the wooden terrace and heated pool of 7x3,5m (with alarm).
Its 3 bedrooms and its 30m2 studio with its own entrance, can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the one hand, a master suite with bed 160, dressing room, and bathroom with walk-in shower, overlooks the pool.
On the other hand, two other rooms are equipped with beds in 160 with cupboards. One also overlooks the pool, the other on the back. A bathroom with walk-in shower is reserved for them, as well as a separate toilet.
Finally, the studio: dedicated to children with 2 bunk beds and 2 beds 90, a bathroom with bath, and a separate toilet.
The outdoor area is beautiful, the park nicely raised, the swimming pool of 7m x 3,5m is heated from April to October (27 ° c) and the large wooden terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a plancha, essential equipment for real holidays.
A true haven of peace awaits you.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our private concierge who will proceed to the state of entry and exit and will be at your disposal so that your holidays are fabulous.
Linens (sheets - towels - kitchen towels - bath mats) are provided.
