Located in a privileged, quiet, relaxing, and welcoming setting at the end of a cul-de-sac with no neighbors directly across the street.
Heating system fully renovated (fall 2021) and a wood-burning stove installed in the fireplace (fall 2022)
Ideal for vacations with family or friends any time of year.
The sound of cicadas will make your stay truly enjoyable.
Fully fenced in, so children can play safely in the garden.
The bike paths that run along the coast and through the Landes forest are 300 m from the house.
You’ll be just a 5-minute walk from the beach, surf spots, and the shops in Le Penon.
The first floor of the house consists of:
• Kitchen (filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, kettle, and toaster)
• Living room opening onto the dining room
• 1 double bedroom with a 160x200 bed
• 3 double bedrooms with 140x200 beds
• 1 bathroom with a toilet
• 1 Bathroom with shower
• 1 Separate toilet
Upstairs:
• 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and 2 90x190 mattresses on the floor
• 1 bedroom with 1 90x200 bed + 1 140x200 bed
• 1 loft with a mattress on the floor and a play area for children.
In the garden:
• Ping-pong table
• Grill
Other amenities:
• 1 travel crib with mattress
• 1 high chair
• The house has Wi-Fi. You’ll be given the password upon arrival.
