About this house rental
This traditional villa in Seignosse has been completely renovated, designed so that families with children can truly make themselves at home. The large heated pool is available from mid-April to mid-October, and the house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 to 4 children.
The ground floor features three bedrooms and a living area designed so you can keep an eye on the children while cooking or enjoying an aperitif, with direct access to the terrace. The idea is to be able to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living at the same time. Upstairs, the children have their own space with a bedroom and a mezzanine converted into a dormitory.
The terrace is accessible directly from the living area, and the heated pool complements this outdoor space from mid-April through mid-October. The Étang Noir and Étang Blanc National Nature Reserve is just a few minutes’ drive away, as is the Seignosse Golf Course.
The beaches of Seignosse and Hossegor are 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy the sunsets. In 20 minutes, you can reach the Basque Country for the Bayonne festivities. In 35 minutes, the Pyrenees open up to hiking trails around La Rhune and the mountains bordering Spain.
