Lovely feel to the house - we had family staying nearby and was a great place to host them. Open space inside and out, swimming pool, table tennis and pool table all made for a great time. Eric and Fanny were very welcoming. Easy location to drive to the beach but not crowded to come home to. Delicious bakery 5mins walk. Great holifay.

The beautiful house ticked off all aspects of the add, nicely located at the borders of Seignosse Bourg directly at a little lake. The neighborhood was calm and the terrace and most windows led to the lake and the forrest behind.
The pool was great for a leisure day at home as well as for quick swim in between. The house had everything necessary for us for a 3 weeks vacation with a family of 5.
Eric, the owner, and his wife warmly welcomed us and communication and contact in between was really easy and quick.
The house has here and there a few little things which could do with a little bit of maintenance but nothing really bothering at all. We really enjoyed our stay.
The house is normally also housing a dog which might be important to know for people with respective allergies.
