beautiful villa completely restored by an architect, classified 4 stars, completely enclosed in a flower garden of 700m2 with swimming pool secured by a flap 8m x 4m, 800m from the beach and 1km from Bourdaines Hossegor, very close the forest . Very well equipped, tastefully decorated including 4 bedrooms and a 5th in an annex, 1 bathroom and 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets (including 2 independent), open kitchen very well equipped, 1 large terrace with plancha garden furniture.
The pool is heated from 1MAI to 15 October.

It was a great stay and we missed nothing. We were 8 persons and all were very satisfied. We would come back at any time and can recommend this house very much. The location is also very good, you can reach everything well.
The booking was problem-free, the communication with the owners was always fast and smooth.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable la première quinzaine de septembre. Chacun a eu de la place et de l'espace (nous étions 8 personnes). L'environnement est calme. L'accès à la plage s'effectue en 10 mn à pied.
La maison est très lumineuse, très bien agencée et meublée confortablement. Le coin cuisine ouvrant sur le salon est très agréable et celle-ci est très bien équipée. La literie en parfait état, les sanitaires ainsi que les salles de bain très bien entretenus.
Un très gros plus, la piscine chauffée dont nous avons pu profiter tous les jours, a fait notre bonheur.
La terrasse couverte nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur.
Tout y est (plancha, transat, chauffage extérieur pour soirée un peu plus fraîche, vélo...) pour nous permettre de passer d'excellentes vacances.
La propriétaire contactée par téléphone est très sympathique ainsi que la personne responsable de notre accueil sur place. C'est une adresse que je recommande chaudement.
Il est certain que nous reviendrons pour de prochaines vacances si l'occasion se présente.
