Welcome to our vacation rental, "Casa Claudio," in the heart of Plau am See.

Spanning 100 m², this modern and cozy apartment accommodates up to 4 people plus a baby—ideal for families, couples, or friends who appreciate relaxation, comfort, and a central yet quiet location. The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a two-family home and is easily accessible via a staircase.

The apartment features one bedroom at the front and one at the back. Both rooms are furnished with box-spring beds (180x200m). A cozy reading chair provides a quiet spot to relax. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with natural light.
One bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer; the second has a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a towel warmer.

The spacious living area is furnished with a large dining table and comfortable chairs, a sofa corner with an armchair and a TV, as well as a fireplace corner with a small library. From the sunny south-facing balcony with an electric awning, you can enjoy a direct view of the Elde River with its lift bridge and lock.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers every convenience. Barbecuing is not permitted in this accommodation!
In addition, the apartment has a separate storage room with a second refrigerator and freezer compartment.

Garage for bicycles/e-bikes with a charging station. Free Wi-Fi. One dog is allowed (for a fee); this must be specified at the time of booking!)
A travel crib and a high chair are available and can be used free of charge. Please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bedding for the travel crib.
Parking: You can drive right up to the house for loading and unloading. Public parking is available in the surrounding area. A handcart for your shopping is available

Within a 300-meter radius, you’ll find the city center, the tourist office, two bakeries, restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, stores, bike rentals, and the passenger ferry service. This means short distances and a real vacation vibe. Several supermarkets are also within a 10–15-minute walk.
Water sports enthusiasts have the option of using one of the public moorings on the Elde (for a fee).
