Welcome to Gull Croft - the sign out front says it all. This standalone villa inside Sea Woods in New Smyrna Beach sits in a 53-acre beachside community with a path and crosswalk leading to the no-drive section of the beach, just across the street. Your own house, your own driveway, no shared walls above or below. The walk to the water takes minutes. This is a monthly rental with a 30-night minimum stay, designed for guests who want to actually settle in.
Three bedrooms, two full baths, sleeps six: a king suite, a queen room, and a twin room with two beds that works for grandkids, visiting friends, or a second traveling clinician.
Inside: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sunny breakfast nook, a dining table for six, in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated desk for remote work, and fast WiFi. A walk-in shower with grab bar makes the main bath easy for every guest. Out back, a private patio with a grill. Driveway parking right outside your door. Four bikes are included for cruising the community's shaded trails and rolling down to the beach.
