Welcome to The Salty Flamingo. This home is new to the rental market after completing a $100,000 remodel! This beautiful home is a 3/2 with a giant Master suite encompassing the entire 2nd floor which includes a king size bed, wall mounted 58" Smart TV, and a 28 foot deck located through the French doors. The 2 car garage is stocked with multiple beach chairs you can carry for the short walk to the non driving section of beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The home is located just a short drive from all of the popular dining and shopping and walking distance to local favorites such as SoNapa Grille and Chases on the beach.

Perfect stay for a sisters’ weekend. The home that had everything that we needed and more. We spent three nights and easily walked to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, so we didn’t have to pack our own. Meredith had several extra touches to make us feel very welcomed. We will definitely return for our next beach stay. Don’t hesitate to book this home. The location is ideal.

Great location and super clean. Had all the comforts of home. The 2 car garage was a plus. Great little backyard for a dog and a deck upstairs for watching the sunrise. A block from the beach. We will definitely stay here again!
