About this house rental
Come get some rest and relaxation in this 2 bed/1.5 bath Coconut Palms beach cottage with a brand new kitchen containing Quartz countertops, brand new self closing cabinets, and all brand new flooring. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom and laundry. Sofa bed has a very comfortable memory foam.
This unit has a private fenced back yard to enjoy the tropical weather and grill out. Contains a full kitchen with all kitchen utensils. Pet fee applies and pets must be approved. Pet fee is $250 per pet for over a week and $150 for a week. All while being just a short 5 minute walk from the quiet, less crowded non drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Bring your bikes and explore this quaint little beach town. The townhome is only 3 miles south of the famous Flagler Ave and 4.4 Miles from Charming Canal Street. New Smyrna Beach is just an hour’s drive from Orlando, New Smyrna Beach offers a lovely drive-on Atlantic coast beach – much like that of Daytona Beach, but quieter and with a feeling of an historic hometown. New Smyrna Beach has loads of little shops and cafes, and a thriving arts community, and its beaches are wide and flat with golden-hued sands. Its Apollo Beach is part of the extensive Canaveral National Seashore that continues to the south, all-natural and minimally developed. Very pleasant place to stay with the beach just a short walk away. 1/2 mile to the 27th st. beach entrance. Pro tip, walk south where cars aren't allowed on the beach for a more tranquil ocean experience.

The stay wasn't terrible. Some of bedding needs replacing. Dryer needed vented thru the roof. No grill as stated when booked. No local channels as tv wasn't working properly. Another guest showed up and tried to gain access stating she was booked to move in before our stay had ended. Disappointing.

Nice downstairs furniture. Unit was clean. The Living room TV was very small to be the only TV in the condo. Not enough dishes in the kitchen. The Kitchen window needs a blind, people can see right in when the lights are on. The sheets were very worn and all the towels were stained. Only bedroom furniture in the 2nd bedroom was a bed, no tables, lamps, dresser, etc. Master was OK. Between 2 bedrooms there were 6 clothes hangers in the closets. The outside Patio was so Moldy I would not let my Dog lay there. Not much grass in back yard, was Muddy when wet. When Dryer was used the hot air blew into bathroom making everything wet. Not well vented.
