We love this home. It was our 3rd time renting it. The home is beautiful, clean & comfy. The front porch is the best! The cool breezes are so relaxing. We really felt as if we were on island time. Close to beaches & restaurants. Communication with Rome & access to the home was so quick and easy. We will definitely be back! This home deserves more than 5 stars!

My husband and I love it here! The front porch is spectacular! There is a sidewalk path across the street so we're able to get our little strolls in the evening. Perfect for waking the dog. Great views to watch the shuttles go up also. We love it here! It's our 3rd time renting this home. This home has become our home away from home. I can't say enough great things about Rome & this home!

Beautiful, clean home. This was our 2nd time here & we love it! Nice, quite neighborhood with friendly people. The front porch is so comfy to relax on. Rome is so nice and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back.

We love this home so much that we rented it again the very next week. My husband works on the east coast for multiple days during the week, so it is such a convenient to be right down the road from New Smyrna Beach, where his office is, yet we still have the "out of town" feel during our stays. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Everyone waves or says hello as they walk by, while we're sitting on the gorgeous front porch. This house is spacious and clean. The king bed is soft and comfortable. My husband has never said "I love this place, let's get it again" & we've been doing vrbo's for years. Rome is nice and quick to respond to messages. I can not say enough great things about this home. 5
