It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a sleeping area including two bunk beds (90x190 cm) (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6) and a sofa bed (80x190 cm) - One bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) (can be joined together upon request) - Shower room/WC - Ceiling fan in the bedroom Third week of rental free (offer valid between April 5th and May 31st and from September 20th) One additional person can stay free of charge on the sofa bed in the living room Access to the cottage is via a staircase of approximately fifteen steps with a handrail - 10 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Parking on the property Shared facilities: - Swimming pool shared by the 13 cottages at the top of the property (10 x 4 meters, depth: 1.40 meters) equipped with a shallow, 2.50m x 1.50m wading beach ideal for young children, offering panoramic views of the plain and the sea. Open from May 10th to September 27th, heated from May 10th to June 14th and throughout September. Safety features: protective barrier.
