About this house rental
Duplex apartment with terrace in a condominium with green areas and a large swimming pool. Lozzari beach is 200 meters from the residence.

Kitchen area equipment: dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine
Other equipment: air conditioning, television, wifi, electric plancha.
A bedroom with 2 single beds with large closet, a bathroom with bath and toilet. In the upper part of the duplex, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a sanitary area with shower.
A private outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture, table chairs and parasol.
A parking space within the residence.
Ideal location for exploring the nearby villages (Palasca, Beldodere) and the beaches of lozari, ostricone, agriates, including salecce). Ile rousse is 10km, Calvi 30km, St Florent 30km.
Facilities: shopping center 150 m away (super U, rental of sports equipment, bakery, restaurants, ice cream parlors, newsagent)
The residence has a concierge giving you the keys on your arrival with inventory of fixtures at the entrance (arrivals normally planned on Saturday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in July and August) and on departure (normally scheduled on Saturday morning at the latest at 10 a.m. in July and August).
Sheets are not provided but can be rented on site: double bed € 23 (2 flat sheets, 2 pillow cases, 2 bath sheets, 2 hand towels, 1 tea towel, 1 bath mat) € 14 for the bed package simple. (If need of this service it is imperative to specify the number of occupants at least 15 days before arrival).
