This comfortable 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for a family holiday for up to 5 guests. You will love the large covered terrace with sea view, perfect for breakfast overlooking the horizon and dinner at sunset.
Lozari beach is only an 8-minute walk via direct access from the residence. The swimming pool is just a 3-minute walk downhill toward the beach.
Secure residence, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom for optimal summer comfort, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, plancha grill, washing machine, and master bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed and pleasant mountain view.
Five sleeping spaces in total, private parking, shops (Spar, bakery, press, souvenirs, clothing) and restaurants nearby (2 minutes by car). A large E.Leclerc supermarket is also located in L’Île-Rousse.
The apartment will be fully refreshed in April 2026 (lighting, curtains and decoration, new 160 cm bed and mattress).
Cleaning fee €40 and linen rental €40, payable on arrival.
