It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen with sleeping area including two bunk beds (90x190 cm) (the top bunk is not suitable for a child under 6 years old) and a sofa bed with a trundle bed (80x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds (can be joined on request) - Shower room/WC 3rd week of rental free (offer valid between April 5 and May 31 and from September 20) Accepts 1 additional person free of charge in the trundle bed in the living room - 10 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Car park inside the property Shared: - Swimming pool shared by the 13 gîtes at the top of the property (6x3.5 meters, depth: 1.5 meters) with panoramic views of the plain and the sea. Accessible from May 10 to September 27th, heated from May 10th to June 14th and in September. Safety system: protective barrier.
