Guest agrees as follows:
-During your visit please be considerate of neighbors. Neighboring properties are occupied by year-round residences who are not on vacation and who do not earn a penny from your short term rental. Consider that neighbors have young children, with early bedtimes, or need to get up early in the morning to get to work.
-Quiet Hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
-There is no parking on the street. Please park in the driveway. The paved area with the basketball hoop is also part of the Premises and available for your use. If you are trailering a boat, you should park your boat on the asphalt near the basketball hoop.
-There is shared access to Long Lake for your use, including a swim area and a swim platform. The access point is approximately 100’ wide and is located just north of the intersection of Cedar Drive and Outer Drive, a 10 minute (.40/mile) walk. There is no parking, unfortunately, at the lake access point.
-While use of the boat launch is limited to Association members, there are public boat launches available at Crescent Shores Road and the Gilbert Park Boat launch. You cannot leave boats in Long Lake overnight – must trailer out of the water at the end of your time on the lake.
-Campfires must be contained within a fire ring or other comparable container. Fires shall be located more than 10 feet from any structure or any combustible materials. Fires shall be under adult supervision at all times and fully extinguished prior to leaving the fire.
-Trash and recycling must be placed in the garbage and recycling bins located at the end of the driveway.
