About this house rental
Enjoy a lake day from the neighborhood private dock and boat launch, just a 7 min. walk away from our fully renovated 4 bed / 3 bath home in one of Michigan's best summer destinations, Traverse City!
We think you'll love the coziness of a quiet neighborhood + proximity to all Traverse City had to offer:
- Long Lake - - Downtown TC - 10 min. drive
- Local Wineries - 15-20 min drive away
- Sleeping Bear Dunes - 35 min. drive
This home is a great space for four couples, a group of friends, or two families to get away and enjoy everything northern MI has to offer!
The open concept on our main floor makes for a great space to hang out, enjoy lake views, and relax. A fully stocked kitchen allows for ease of cooking or grilling out on the deck
You'll love hanging out in the basement, watching movies on the large, over-sized couch, or playing games, including a new full-sized shuffle board table.
Four bedrooms
-- Master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, tv in room, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
-- Main floor guest room is spacious with a queen-sized bed and adjoining bathroom.
-- Third bedroom is found in the basement and is equipped with a full-sized bed.
-- Fourth bedroom has a great twin over full bunk bed which makes it perfect for either kiddos or a couple.
Guests will have access to our entire home, other than one owner's closet in the basement.
Other things to note
The neighborhood has many private residences, we ask that you are respectful of noise levels and full-time Long Lake residents, keeping noise down after dark.

Very clean home in a beautiful and convenient location. The host was very attentive and responsive. We had a power outage due to a winter storm and Justin investigated by calling the appropriate parties. He also called a company to clear the driveway snow when requested. The home was perfect for 2 families of 4 with adult and teenage children. The house is very close to Crystal Mountain and Mt. Holiday. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely return!

Communication and check-in was very seamless. The house was very clean and comfortable for us all. We loved the neighborhood - very close to the lake. We used this house as our central location to go to the wineries and Sleeping Bear Dunes. At night, we enjoyed the firepit behind the house. We would have loved to stay longer.

We loved our time at this beautiful home! From the easy lake access to the park ariund the corner, everyone in our family had fun! The proximity to town was great, while still allowing us to be out in the woods.
If you own a large boat, be aware the bottom of the driveway is steep, you'll need to raise your motor as you start to back in. We were able to do it with our 23' boat daily and would stay at this house again.
