There are two steps at the entrance, then three steps up from the sitting room to the main living level. The main living room has a wall-mounted TV and a comfortable leather sofa, open to the kitchen and dining.

Full kitchen with a large island, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, electric range, and full-size fridge. The dining table seats 8 under a vintage wood beam chandelier. Coffee maker and basic cookware included.

Five beds (3 King, 2 Twin, 1 Pull-out sofa, 1 Day bed) — a king in the primary with a wall-mounted TV and its own bathroom, two kings in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third.
