The location was extremely clean and in a great location. It was very close to downtown Oklahoma City. The neighborhood was older but it was quiet. The beds were incredibly comfy. The owners left us some yummy snacks and coffee with all the fixings (sugar and creamer). There was also cold water in the fridge. Although we didn’t use it there was a nice game room in the house. There were only a few negatives. The house is split level and there were a lot of stairs. Hard on elderly adults. Also, there is only 1 hot water heater. With 7 adults staying there we had to stagger showers. There was only 1 tv in the house. Whoever got to the remote first and could figure it out chose what the whole house watched. Even with those negatives it was a great stay.

Perfect for our team of 12 adults needing a place on short notice. The house quality of materials met and slightly exceeded my expectations given the lower price. Beds and linens were nice and comfortable. Air Conditioned worked great on the hot days. Everything in the house was clean, accommodating, and worked appropriately.
