About this house rental
This property is in one of Oklahoma City's most charming historic neighborhoods. The home is in the heart of the Plaza, five minutes from the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds, 10 minutes to downtown, and just a couple minutes from most highways. The space is remodeled with tons of space. The property was thoughtfully put together to ensure you're cozy and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms are fully equipped with all the essentials. The living room sofas are pull out beds.
The space
The space is very cozy. It was decorated with lots of neutrals, extra blankets, and comfy couches. The living room and kitchen are totally open concept. There are six bedrooms that are all generously sized (two downstairs and four upstairs). The property has three full bathrooms which are stocked with essentials. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen and upstairs. There is also a second washer and dryer set upstairs. The back yard is large but is not fully fenced.
Guest access
You'll be able to access the entire home, front porch, and back yard. There are six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, the kitchen has a long island which seats 10, and a laundry room. Upstairs there is an additional kitchenette and washer and dryer.

PETS
If you are bringing your pet you must disclose their attendance when booking your stay. The pet fee is $100.00 and covers one pet (emotional support animals still incur a fee). Additional pets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an additional $100.00 fee is charged for each pet in your party. If we learn a pet is at the property without disclosure a fee will be charged at $200 per pet.
PARTIES
We are excited to offer this home for large gatherings, and we allow parties ranging from kids birthdays to bachelorette/bachelor parties. We ask that you notify us if there will be a party planned so we can arrange for appropriate linens and supplies.

The house was great!! The location was fantastic I don't know why anyone would be nervous about staying here, we had absolutely no worries. Easy walk to dinner and drinks. When we come back we will definitely try to rent this home. Highly recommend!!

This was not the "fanciest" of homes and we were a little skeptical with first impression, but it exceeded our needs! It was perfectly located. Everyone had their own rooms with plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. If you are needing an affordable place to stay so you can spend money elsewhere in the city... this is the place for you! The host responds promptly!

Split level. If you need two area for separate families but in the same building then this is your place. Both the upstairs and downstairs have their own kitchens (although the bottom is huge) and washer/dryers. Fantastic beds, clean place, and a mile from groceries.

Loved the location, walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. We had a super great time. HOWEVER. The house needs a deep clean, really just a clean. Had some issues and took management till the next day to fully answer. Had to buy cleaning products for a dirty toilet and search for towels which were found to be in a dryer. Baseboards are filthy. Shower curtains/liners all have mildew There is no dishwasher detergent to run a load. Not sure we would stay at this particular house again bc of the cleanliness but loved the area. Management did refund a small part of the cleaning fee but we would rather had the issues taken care of and responded to promptly.
