Home needed several repairs. Missing towel racks in several places..laying on shelves. There was no hand soap in batbrooms and no trash bags. Sad to have to purchase those. Purchaded water (filter light was blinking) Spacious home. Just needed a little care

Communication was minimum, at best, with the host. We inquired on specific home details a week before our stay which were never answered by the host. We went through VRBO to contact the host a day before our arrival as we had yet to receive any communication on access. The host said they attempted to contact us via the app. However, the app showed no contact. The home could have used attention to details (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, cleanliness). We are a VRBO customer and are familiar with the level of standards of other properties. This one fell short. However, the house was spacious and fit our party.
