Home with private pool and spa in excellent okc location. Pool and spa is open all year long. Close to Lake Hefner, turnpike and major highways. Very easy access everywhere. All new furniture, tv internet and cable. Keurig coffee maker, gas grill. cover patio with new furniture . Home has 3 car garage 2 living and one dining. Washer and dryer ,refrigerator etc. Master bath has whirpool tub . Swimming pool has led lighting which looks amazing after dark.

Opening up the garage when you first enter makes a bad impression. The garage needs cleaning and organization.The house and bathrooms were clean, but we could never figure out the 2 living rooms. Bathrooms need to be updated with safety bars in each tub or shower. I have had 4 knee replacements, and I had to be very careful not to slip in the shower.

The house itself was very nice, however the pool needs a little attention. Water was warm and nice and clean, just needs repairs to the top edge around the pool. Otherwise great home!
