From here, you can access one of the two terraces: The covered terrace, which measures approximately 13 m², is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and offers a sheltered outdoor space even in changeable weather. The spacious rooftop terrace, measuring approximately 72 m², features a beach chair and invites you to spend relaxing hours under the open sky, offering ideal conditions for sunny days as well as a magnificent view. A pellet stove provides cozy warmth during the colder months. To ensure comfortable temperatures on warm days, the living area and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering, including a dishwasher, a combination microwave/oven, a coffee maker (capsule), an electric kettle, and other amenities—everything you need for self-catering. The integrated dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds ensure restful nights, and under-bed storage provides ample space. For added convenience, there are two bathrooms, each equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. After an eventful day, the on-site sauna invites you to relax and unwind.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike storage area is available for the bicycles you bring with you. Wi-Fi is included.
