Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift), the accommodation comprises:
- A 24 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 22 m² terrace with sea view and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
