The accommodation comprises

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6m x 10m shared, unheated swimming pool, open all year round and secured with a fence and access badge (Opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.)
- A 6 m² west-facing balcony with awning, furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private, gated car park with badge access. Free public parking is also available nearby.
