About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in the town of Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 19 m² living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living area with a sofa bed and smart TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and ice maker...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool measuring 6m by 10m, open all year round and secured with a fence and an access card (Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.)
- A 6 m² west-facing balcony with a awning, furniture and a barbecue to make the most of sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
There are plenty of activities on offer, such as:
- The beaches: Viva (Porticcio Beach) and Agosta
- Boat trips to the Sanguinaires archipelago
- Historical sites such as the Capitello Tower
- A wide range of outdoor activities

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park, which is secured by a barrier and accessed via a badge. Free public parking is also available nearby.
